Sue has lectured on spinal pain and segmental muscle control in Australia, United Kingdom, South America, Africa, Asia, Europe, Canada and New Zealand and consults on lumbo-pelvic rehabilitation and complex spinal pain syndromes. She was a senior clinical physiotherapist on the prestigious Harley Street, London before returning to the Sunshine Coast. Her expertise is in comprehensive and advanced case management: diagnosing the pathology and co-ordinating the best combined medical approach to solve your problem. Sue has been a member of the spinal pain research group at the University of Queensland and an associate lecturer, clinical educator and examiner for the Masters of Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy courses at the University of Queensland and Griffith University for over 10 years.

Stephen has a wealth of experience treating a wide variety of injuries having been in private practice since 2003. He has furthered his knowledge, completing post-graduate training, obtaining a Masters degree in the fields of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy. He has also worked as a clinical educator and examiner for Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy courses at the University of Queensland (UQ), as well as the UQ and Griffith undergraduate courses. He has also been a treating Physiotherapist in multiple UQ research trials. Steve also enjoyed time working in the United Kingdom, which included experience working with the Ministry of Defense. He is experienced in progressing patients from the acute phase, right through to higher level function, sports rehabilitation, and strength/endurance programs for prevention.

Dan has extensive experience in sports injuries and dynamic rehabilitation techniques - After graduating with Honours in 1995. Dan has enjoyed working in Australian and London to help active people to overcome injury and achieve their sporting and functional goals. His accreditation as an APA Sports Physiotherapist recognises his experience with sports people of all levels and post-graduate training in the field including a Masters degree in Sports Physio and both completing and then convening the prestigious Level 3 Sports Physiotherapy Australia at the Australian Institute of Sport. Dan is a Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of the Sunshine Coast. His research and physiotherapy practice centres on sports injuries with a particular focus on his love of knees.

Caloundra born and bred, Peter has worked since 1994 with some of the most highly regarded Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists, Sports Physicians and Orthopaedic surgeons in Sydney, Montreal Canada and London. He completed post graduate degrees in Musculoskeletal (1996) and Sports Physiotherapy (1998) at the University of Sydney. He has been team physiotherapist for a Sydney Premier rugby team, the Australian U/19 rugby team and development teams, the Beach Volleyball venue at 2000 Olympics, and worked with the sports medicine providers for the Cirque du Soleil. Peter's key focus when rehabilitating any injury or condition is to not just treat symptoms, but to use more detailed testing and analysis to discover why the injury occurred and therefore try to find a more permanent solution. He is also no stranger to injury, having had to rehabilitate himself from an injured lumbar disc, as well as a fractured elbow from a snowboard accident. Working at BYBTL since 2013, Peter has started working with the Caloundra Rugby Club, and also rekindled his love of surfing and music.

Combining extensive experience in the health and fitness industry and degrees in Human Movement and Physiotherapy, Rob has a wealth of knowledge on sports-related injuries. Rob has brought this knowledge to his work in the clinic and as a physio for Indoor Netball Queensland, Queensland Soccer and the University of QLD AFL club. Rob is also involved with a number of elite athletes in trail running and from St Peters Western Swim club.

Jess completed her post graduate qualifications in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. Since then, she has gained vast experience in the assessment and management of male and female continence patients across gynaecology, urology and colorectal specialties as well as ante and post natal women presenting with musculoskeletal concerns and/or pelvic floor dysfunction. She also has an interest in multidisciplinary management of patients with persistent pelvic pain.

Claire is an accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Claire has clinical experience in exercise prescription for all populations and a range of sports and chronic conditions including cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal injuries, metabolic conditions and mental health. Her focus is a graduated approach to improve muscular strength and endurance, balance and increasing client confidence to achieve personal fitness goals.
